We are a cheerleading team, aiming to promote a strong and healthy attitude into the community by participating in local events and national competitions throughout the year. One of our main priorities is to develop each member's ability to a high standard and to have fun whilst doing so! Our cheerleaders can jump, tumble, chant, stunt, dance and get an audience going!

We train in the U.K's one and only state of the art Cheer and Tumble Gym with a full sprung floor and much much more........

Every Monday 10.00am. Meet at the Cricket Pavilion car park off the Overgate Roundabout on Silbury Blvrd, MK9 4AD.
All classes cost £2 per person. Mothers need to have had their 6 week postnatal GP check before attending. Dads welcome too!

Classes last approx 1hour. You do not need to book, just turn up. All you need is a buggy and a baby. A bottle of water is useful along with waterproofs for wet weather and sun cream for warm weather.

Shenley Leisure Centre is holding healthy activity sessions in Nordic walking.

You can burn up to twice as many calories as normal walking.

The poles also help to reduce pressure on the knees and joints.

Its a social activity and where you can meet new people and make new friends.

Shenley Badminton Club:

We play every Sunday and Wednesday competitive club badminton with teams in the MK league.

Players of intermediate and advanced club standard are welcome to contact us and come down as a guest.

Guest fee £5 for the evening.
